"Gretix Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością" (hereinafter: Gretix) respects privacy of all individuals using "Gretix" Website. This “Privacy Policy” specifies types of information that may be gathered and the manner of its use. By starting the use of "Gretix" Website, the User accepts, without any limitations and reservations, terms and conditions of this privacy policy. Gretix reserves the right to introduce amendments to this Privacy Policy.

Privacy protection

2. Hereby, Gretix would like to warn Users that in the event of using some types of Services offered by the Website, they will be asked to give some specific personal data which will be gathered and used by Gretix in accordance with the rules specified below.

5. Gretix does not gather personal data of third parties, unless this data is related to performance of contracts concluded with these entities and is provided upon the consent of stakeholders. Gretix does not distribute non-requested spam, especially advertising content. The company supports all activities leading to improvement of spam control on the Internet.
6. E-mail data obtained during newsletter subscription shall be used only to provide the User with information containing news published on the Website, new services, promotions, new partners and amendments of any kind. Mailing lists’ subscribers may, at any time, resign from the receipt of electronic mail distributed by Gretix.

Use of gathered information

1. Gretix gathers User information especially in order to get better insight into their interests and needs, and provide them with materials they require.
