What is Gretix?

Gretix is your Personal Virtual Assistant (PVA). After creating your personal calendar you are able to access all your important dates wherever you are. If you use your cell phone - Gretix sends you an SMS, if you use your computer - Gretix sends you an e-mail. All this for free, and done effortlessly, because Gretix works for you! Forget about updating your calendar every time you change a computer or cell phone - from now on, Gretix takes care of your calendar.

Gretix helps you remember about birthdays, holidays and you personal alarms set in you calendar. Furthermore, Gretix is a complete database for horoscopes and gift ideas for every occasion. You can send gifs, flowers and e-Card to whoever you want!

Data security is our priority no 1, therefore we make sure that data provided by you is safe. Gretix will never send unwanted e-mail (Spam) or SMS. The only communication from Gretix will be reminders about alarms set by you in the system.

Is my personal data secure?

Yes. Data is securely stored in a secure database, unaccessable to unauthorized staff. Any processing is performed only by employees of Gretix.com or other authorized personnel.

Gretix ensures that it will make special care to ensure adequate protection to all personal information provided by users.

Does Gretix send spam?

No! Gretix never sends any unwanted e-mail (Spam) or SMS messages. Gretix reserves the right to inform users about temporary technical problems or changes in terms and conditions of use.

Can I set up recurring alarms?

Yes. Gretix enables you to set up recurring alarms the way you like it. For example, you can set up an alarm taking place every second thursday of every month at 17:00h or every second month on the first working day.

How does Gretix remind me of upcoming alarms?

At this moment Gretix sends e-mail and SMS alarms. Every defined event on your account can have an assigned alarm template – for example you can receive an e-mail reminder about your friends birthday 3 days before and an SMS message on the day of the event (3 days before, so that you still have time to find and send a gift).

Of course you can edit the templates. You can use a standard template or compose one yourself.

Gretix offers a unique reminder functionality - remember 4 sure. At Gretix we will try to remind you about an event untill you confirm, that you actually remember about an event you have defined. The confirmation is extremely easy - you will be sent an e-mail with a confirmation button [Thank you, I remember!].

If you do not confirm that you remember about the event – of course nothing bad happens. If you do not confirm the alarm on your main e-mail address you will receive the same reminder on you secondary e-mail address defined in your account. Alarms, which have not been confirmed are stored in your account in tab „Missed Alarms”.

How can I aquire ExtraPoints?

ExtraPoints can be collected by every user, who uses a functionality with an ExtraPoint premium.

The actual number of ExtraPoints is displayed in the users account after log in.

Why do I need ExtraPoints?

ExtraPoints collected in Gretix may be exchanged for prizes or premium services offered in the site - such as SMS alarms.
